RETURN POLICY:

WeatherizationSP.com strives to provide only the best products available. We carefully inspect each shipment before offering it to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it using a trackable carrier (ex. UPS or FedEx) or exchange for in-store credit within 30 days of receipt. We will not accept returns sent back via US Postal Service. Please contact customer service at 877-779-9969 for an authorization number. Once you receive an authorization number, you must ship the item to one of our service center locations specified in authorization.

Any personal information about customers that we collect is solely for the purpose of shipping, billing, contacting customers for legitimate business reasons and providing superior customer care. Personal information will never be used in any other way.

This store protects customer credit card data through Authorize.Net’s preferred payment gateway connection, Advanced Integration Menthod (AIM), which provides the highest level of customization and security to merchants for submitting transactions online. AIM employs security standard secure data encryption technology to connect to the payment gateway using a 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate.
